The heat unit posed a fire hazard with exposed wiring!!! Rooms are surprisingly small, not suitable for families needing space. The sound insulation between walls needs improvement. you can hear everything your neighbors are doing.

I had a lovely time here, enjoying the clean rooms and the great breakfast spread while being just a few steps from Caliente Casino Lazaro Cardenas. it's perfect for weekend city strolls and exploring nearby landmarks like the Catedral de Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe, which is just under 7 km away.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Our room was unexpectedly canceled prior to our arrival. I had emailed them days in advance to inform them of our late arrival, but they still canceled the reservation. Instead of a phone call, I received an email notification about the cancellation. To my dismay, I noticed they had available rooms at a higher rate, which felt unethical. Additionally, having stayed here before, I found the rooms to be extremely small and the bathrooms tiny, with thin walls allowing us to hear our neighbors.
